That I Know
Every company has that go-to person — the one with the answers, the fixer when things break, or the HR pro who’s built a rock-solid team. The Site Service Awards are about shining a light on those people and their stories — the ones who keep this complex, critical industry running. We celebrate the doers, the problem-solvers, and the teammates who lift everyone around them. Winners will be profiled in our print and digital issues and invited to an exclusive gala dinner in Vancouver. Due to popular demand, nominations have been extended to November 28th, 2025!
Here's how it works
1. NOMINATE
Nominate someone incredible. It’s as easy as answering 4 questions about them.
2. VOTE & SHARE
You will receive a unique link that you can share with your colleagues and network. Others can vote for this nominee and submit stories about them. These votes and shared stories help enrich our journalism and contribute to the selection process.
3. Industry Judging
Finalists are reviewed by a panel of industry judges + SiteNews/SiteMedia editors. Nominations are the primary basis for evaluation. Judges assess the submission against criteria like excellence, collaboration, impact, and leadership. Votes and shared stories play a supporting role, but do not determine winners on their own. Winners for each category are made by the panel.

The Magazine
More than a magazine, this is a visual and written testament to the people that make construction great. The inaugural Site Service Awards issue will feature captivating portraiture and in-depth interviews that tell the human stories behind professional success in the built environment. Be ready to secure your copy of this beautifully crafted collection when pre-orders go live.
